[8/8/08] We've got the new Mayyors "Megan's LOLZ" 7 inch for sale while supplies last, $5 ppd in the USA [check for shipping on overseas orders]. Get them while you can, the last one went fast. Also for shits and giggles we have the brand new Sexy Prison "Filth, Flarn, Filth" LP for $12 and the Gift Of Goats "When We Ate Eachother's Fingers" 7 inch for $4 if you want them, both feature members of Mayyors and both were recorded by Chris Woodhouse of the Mayyors.
[7/9/08] Did you notice that there are 2 NEW ZINES by Jay Howell in the "More" section over there? To your right. Yeah, the new issue of Punks Git Cut is a doozy, 40 pages of JH funny limited to 500 copies, and the second is a reprint of the almost G-rated Sanji & Craig from 6 years back, limited to 200 copies. Don't miss out. Oh, the Angela Boatwright Six Pack Of Sorrows zine is at the printer now as well, we'll bug you about that in two weeks. What else? How about the Thee Ohsees/Intelligence split 12" that's slowly making its way back to us (everyone from us to the mastering plant to the pressing plant has been backed up) or maybe the new Mayyors 7" that we'll be getting for mailorder and taking pre-orders on in a couple of days. And if you're in S.F., drop by the Fecal Face Dot Com gallery for their benefit show, Jay Howell has a couple pieces for sale for pretty cheap.
[5/31/08] Holeee sheeit, guess who's been busy. Us that's who. Here's an update. Jay Howell has been working with 84 Films to produce the first season of his animated masterpiece Forest City Rockers Motorcycle Club, and the first episode is up now! Check out the original animated short and the promotional trailer while checking the site. Jay has a collaborative show with San Francisco's golden child Matt Furie called Return To Innocence at Receiver Gallery in San Francisco. Opening party is Saturday June 7th. And what will be available at that party? A brand new issue of his Punks Git Cut zine, and a repress of his Sanji and Craig comic/zine from like 6 years ago. Both are limited so you'd better grab them at the opening. Did you see Jay's interview in Thrasher Magazine this month? Well fuck, pick one up. Jay did another board graphic and shirt for Anti Hero Skateboards but both sold out so fast he didn't even get any, so just forget about it OK?
[4/4/08] Okay, I lied, we've got a few more Mayyors 7"s left, a very few so e-mail us before you order. $5ppd, paypal to mtstmtn [at] hotmail [dot] com - but check first! Also gone is the Sic Alps "Soft Tour In Rough Form" 12" [check Siltbreeze or Forced Exposure for the last of them] and the The Mall "First, Before And Never Again" 12" [the last are available from Aquarius Records in S.F. or Midheaven mailorder].

Evans, Shepard Fairey, Dana Frankfort, David Godbold, Alasdair Gray, Chris Johanson, Maira Kalman, David Mamet, Quenton Miller, Tucker Nichols, Steve Powers, Royal Art Lodge, Lara Schnitger, David Shrigley, Nedko Solakov, William Steig, and many others. [3/13/08] Oh man, this lis a little on the late side but we've been more than busy. We did two posters for this year's Noise Pop Festival, one for Zooey Deschanel & M.Ward's new thing, and one for Holy Fuck. The posters were silkscreened in editions of 100, most sold at the shows but if you'd like one of the last few drop us a line. Fecal Face Dot Com posted a nice preview of the Jay Howell opening at 111 Minna Gallery. The opening party cracked off thanks for asking, the SF Weekly posted some shots from early in the night. AND Jay's new animated short debuted, which is all over the freakin' place. You can see it HERE or pick up a DVD copy from 84 Films. Soundtrack by the Mayyors who's debut 7" came out yesterday (limited to 300 copies).
Coming up next: Thee Ohsees/Intelligence split 12" and zines by Angela Boatwright, Ferris Plock and others.
[10/5/07] mt.st.mtn. is proud to announce the latest edition to our on-going zine series by amazing S.F. based photographer Stefan Simikich. It's entitled "Not Dead Yet" and is available for mailorder from Needles + Pens {or drop by if you're in San Francisco}. Not sure if you've noticed how quick those zines blow out of here, but being that most of them are limited to 500 or fewer copies we think you should grab one more sooner than later. Stefan Simikich and mt.st.mtn. illustrator Jay Howell have some art going up at King Soloman's Reef in Olympia Washington this weekend. Jay will be showing with Judd Hertzler and Garin Moore at the Toyroom Gallery in Sacramento California from Nov. 16 - Dec. 8 {opening party info to come}.
